Ayesha is the first voice most clients hear. She manages every incoming enquiry from the website, WhatsApp and walk-ins at our International City office, qualifies the requirement and books the free consultation with the right specialist.
She owns the onboarding journey: welcoming new clients, explaining the document checklist in plain language, setting expectations on timelines, and making sure the client portal account is set up correctly from day one.
Ayesha also runs our client satisfaction programme, following up after every licence delivery and managing feedback, reviews and complaint resolution together with the management team.
