Yes. Use the tracking number and the last four digits of the registered mobile number. Public tracking only shows the basic stage and update date.
The system automatically creates a unique tracking number after a valid application is submitted.
Passport and photo are always required. Inside-UAE applicants provide a visit visa or cancellation document where applicable. Outside-UAE applicants also provide a police certificate.
Passport, photo, UAE status document, police certificate as applicable, degree, equivalency certificate and CNIC front and back are required for this route.
A Pakistani applicant on a UAE visit visa provides a home-country police certificate. A cancelled UAE resident provides a UAE police certificate.
The online route stops before payment and the applicant is directed to the sales team for manual review by WhatsApp or email.
Not under the listed online package. The AED 8,500 route is inside UAE only and outside applications are marked unavailable.
Stripe, PayPal, bank deposit/transfer and cash at the office counter are planned. Gateway providers may charge transaction fees.
Yes. The portal records quotations, invoices and payment receipts, with a print or save-as-PDF option.
No. Final approval is controlled by the relevant UAE authority and depends on eligibility, documentation and applicable checks.
Yes. Government fees, business activities, visa status and authority updates may affect the final amount. The written quotation is the controlling price record.
Sensitive documents should be uploaded through the secure client portal. WhatsApp is better used for general questions and follow-up.
